Talk about a gorgeous wedding! B + K were married on a cloudy day in early May at the Water’s Edge Resort & Spa in Westbook, CT. But the dark skies only added to the seductive photos taken by Anaise Prince Photography. Everything about this wedding was glam - from the bride’s textural dress to her dramatic dark bouquet. We used deep red roses, plum lisianthus and sweet pea, with pops of white anemones to create this swoon-worthy bouquet. For the reception, the couple wanted an alternating tablescape using all calla lilies with various heights. Tall stems flowed out of glass vases and short flowers cut to size and submerged inside of water with floating candles. All of which surrounded by an assortment of ribbed candle votives for a drastic and stunning centerpiece. We had a blast doing something a little different.
