Sage + Joe were married in July at the Pondhouse Cafe in West Hartford, CT. Sage wanted everything to be in shades of purple - from lavender to violet. We used interesting textural elements from the CT Flower Collective like Hummingbird Mint set against lush, classic shapes like fully-blossomed lavender roses. For the centerpieces, they purchased lanterns from Ikea and spray-painted them gold. We designed centerpieces to spill out from the sides in a wild and whimsical way to match the organic blossoms of the rose garden outside. We also designed adorable flower crowns for the two flower girls! Flowers from the day included lavender snapdragons, purple lisianthus, lavender roses, plum carnations, purple clematis, and gunni eucalyptus.
